Shipping policy

MALAYSIA - Free delivery for orders RM250 and above. RM10 delivery fee per order for orders below RM250.

BRUNEI - RM30.00 delivery fee per order.

• The estimated delivery period is within 3 to 5 working days. Personalized items will require 5 working days for processing before they can be shipped out.
• The delivery period above applies to ready-stock items only. Pre-order items will be advised accordingly.
• Kindly note that the delivery period is an estimation, and we are not able to guarantee the date of arrival, which may be disrupted due to delivery issues by the courier company or customs.
• Customs and import duties may apply for delivery to Brunei, and shall be paid by the person receiving the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cost incurred, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. You may contact your local customs office for current charges to be certain of the amount.

ORDER CUT-OFF TIME AND DELIVERY

 

• The daily delivery order cut-off time is 12pm (GMT+8), from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). This does not take into account any delays caused by payment authorization.
